  • Invite vendors and send announcements to a whole group of vendors at once

Your Vendor List

Every vendor you work with lives in one place. The vendor list is searchable and filterable, and it covers both your cannabis vendors and your non-cannabis ones — the flower distributor and the landlord sit in the same roster. You can see at a glance which vendors are on consignment, which are wholesale, and which still need to finish setting up their account.

This is the hub for the whole relationship. From the list you invite new vendors, send an announcement to a group of them at once, and open any vendor to manage everything tied to them. To bring a brand-new vendor onto the platform, see Vendor Onboarding.

The Vendor Detail View

Open a vendor and you get their full picture across a set of tabs:

Instead of hunting across screens, everything about a vendor — money in, money out, product, and terms — is one click away.

Auto-Filled Vendor Details

Vendor records are usually half-empty: a name, maybe an email, and a lot of blanks. The platform fills those blanks for you. It pulls missing details — DBA name, license status, address, contacts — from public cannabis licensing records and your own invoices, and writes them into empty fields only. It never overwrites something you already entered.

What the platform runs: matching each vendor to public licensing records and the details on invoices you have already received, filling only the empty fields, and presenting everything else as a suggestion for you to accept or ignore.

Anything that is not a clean, high-confidence match shows up as a suggestion in the vendor's Settings tab, tagged with where it came from. You accept the ones you want and leave the rest. The vendor record is always yours — the platform just does the legwork of filling it in.

Inviting Vendors and Announcements

From the vendor list you can invite a vendor by email and, once they are on the platform, send an announcement to a group of vendors at once — a payment-terms change, a new requirement, a holiday schedule. It beats forwarding the same email twenty times. Learn more about cannabis accounts payable and how vendors fit into your payment workflow.
