Each one is set up during onboarding. Most take one sign-in.
Your invoices and payment reminders go out from your own Outlook mailbox, or a shared one like ar@yourcompany.com. Stores see a name they already know.
Setup guide →Same thing for brands on Google. Connect your company Gmail and your invoices and reminders send from it.
Setup guide →Dispensaries get every bill and payment posted to their books. Brands get invoices synced and payments checked, so you know who paid without opening QuickBooks.
How it works →We’re a certified Metrc third-party vendor. Transfers and sales flow in, and invoices are matched line by line to their manifests.
How it works →Dutchie, Flowhub, Blaze, Treez, Cova, Meadow or a regional system. Sales come in from a simple export, so you never switch POS.

Stores and brands connect their bank with Plaid in about a minute to pay or get paid by ACH. No account numbers typed or emailed. Live now, alongside e-check.
See payments →Already invoicing stores from Apex Trading, Distru, Nabis, Trellis, LeafLink or Canix? Keep doing it. Those invoices come straight in by email, get read into a draft, and you check each one before it goes to the store.
See ShelfSpace →Ask your AI who owes you, what’s due this week or which invoices don’t match Metrc. It answers from your live ShelfSpace data.
Connect your AI →Forward LeafLink and other wholesale invoices to your AP inbox. Every line is read, checked against Metrc and lined up to pay.
How AP works →An invoice from a billing address gets skimmed. One from your AR lead gets paid. Connect Outlook or Gmail and every invoice and reminder leaves from your own mailbox, and the reply lands in front of a person who can help.
What sends, and when, doesn’t change. Your reps still decide. Only the From line does.
The connection can send mail as you. It can’t open your inbox, read your messages or see your contacts.
When an address is new to ShelfSpace, nothing sends for 72 hours and every admin on your account is told, so you can cancel if it wasn’t you.
Password changed, or the person who connected left? Mail goes out from our billing address again until you reconnect. Nothing is lost and nothing sends twice.
Tell us what you run. We set up every connection with you, then show you the money you’re missing.

No. Outlook and Gmail connect with send-only permission, so ShelfSpace can send invoices and reminders from your mailbox but can’t open or read anything in it. You can disconnect at any time.
That’s common. ShelfSpace gives you a ready-made note for your IT team that says exactly what to approve, and they approve it once for the whole company. Until then your invoices keep going out from our billing address.
Connecting a mailbox needs a company Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. Personal @gmail.com addresses can’t connect, and your mail keeps sending from our billing address instead.
Yes. Any platform that emails an invoice works, including Apex Trading, Distru, Nabis, Trellis, LeafLink and Canix. Each invoice is read in automatically and you review it before it goes out to the store, so nothing sends without you.
Almost certainly. If it can email an invoice or export a spreadsheet, it works with ShelfSpace. Search the list on this page, and if it's not there, tell us what you run and we'll confirm during your free review.
No. Sales come in from your existing POS by export, and books sync to the QuickBooks Online file you already use. Your team keeps working the way it does today.
Your invoices automatically go back to sending from our billing address, and your admins get a notice to reconnect. Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
